I have Choice Home warranty and On-Time was contracted to service my claim. They were quick to respond and were at my unit within 24hrs of my submitting the claim. The technician, was extremely responsive and sent me pictures as well as gave me a good explanation of the problem and the fix. I’m out of town owner and my tenant seems happy with the work. Cross my fingers that nothing breaks again soon but if it does, I’ll be glad if On-Time service my property.
